1800 WATT

In order to maintain our welfare (industrial production, civil aviation, taking a shower, lighting a cigar… ), in Spain, each inhabitant consumes the equivalent of having 34 bulbs of 100w each permanently powered ON. This is unsustainable, in Foodtopia we propose to build a society of 1800 Watt/person, through a profound change in the way we eat that means reducing the energy expenditure to 18 bulbs of 100w per person, improving quality of life at the same time. We are reducing the ecological footprint of our city through the hundreds of people who visit us daily.
